The PERFECT Project, coordinated by Tartu Health Care College (Estonia), is dedicated to raising the quality of nursing care through the advancement of professional English language skills among nurses.
In today’s globalized healthcare environment, proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with patients, building trust, and increasing the international employability of healthcare professionals. PERFECT brings together leading experts in nursing, English language education, and digital learning to design innovative, practical, and accessible learning resources for both self-study and structured courses.
Key Project Activities
Development and piloting of a renewed course “English for Nursing and Healthcare” tailored to real-life professional needs.
Creation of an interactive digital book to support healthcare professionals in enhancing their English skills.
Experience exchange and collaboration among international project partners to ensure best practices and innovative approaches.
Provision of learning opportunities for in-service nurses, supporting their lifelong learning journey.
